The Stick Man

Join us for special Toddler Time screenings of Stick Man this Christmas! Bring your little ones to enjoy a half hour animated film based on the much-loved children’s picture book written by Julia Donaldson and illustrated by Axel Scheffler, creators of The Gruffalo.

Stick Man tells the tale of a happy-go-lucky father’s extraordinary journey to make it back home in time for Christmas. Amidst a series of misadventures, Stick Man finds himself far from his family tree. From being mistaken for a regular stick and used as part of a dog's game of fetch to being swept down a river, Stick Man faces various challenges. Along the way, he encounters helpful friends, including a friendly dog and a clever swan, who join him in his quest to reunite with his family for the holiday.
